About Me

Hi Friends♡,

I'm Ally! Last name: Perdios (Perdy for short).

I am someone who cares deeply about health, healing, and connection. In the summer of 2025, my older sister was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. She was only 35 years old. Like any chronic illness, it shook up her entire life. And when illness touches one person, it touches an entire family, their friends, and everyone who loves them. I've had my own struggles with health. Though they pale in comparison to cancer, they offered me a glimpse into the emotional underworld that often accompanies illness—the fear, uncertainty, grief, and loneliness that can quietly exist beneath the surface.

I created Perdy Healing as my way of giving back. When someone you love is hurting, there is often a sense of helplessness. You wish you could step in and take their pain away. You search for ways to help. This is my way to help.

These letters are for anyone going through a difficult health journey. There are thousands of chronic diseases today. Cancer, Autoimmune conditions, Lyme disease, chronic pain, infertility, menopause, POTS, heart disease, or simply a body that isn't cooperating the way you'd hoped. Whatever your journey looks like, living with a health challenge can feel overwhelming and all-consuming.

Here is my gift to you: each month, you'll receive a healing letter in the mail. A small invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself as you open the envelope from a caring friend.  Inside you'll find a newsletter, a journal prompt, a QR code linking to a guided meditation (recorded by me!), a recipe card featuring recipes my family uses and loves, and a few creative surprises along the way.

My hope is that these letters help you or someone you love, pause for just a moment. To reflect. To feel accompanied. To sit gently with whatever is present. If illness teaches us anything, it's that we don't need more screen time, we need more connection…

My sister has a quiet way of making people feel remembered. She's the person who never misses a birthday card, always sends a thank-you note, and finds thoughtful ways to let people know she cares. This is my contribution to her journey, and to anyone who still believes in the simple gesture of receiving something meaningful in the mail.

A thoughtful letter delivered to your door each month. A reminder to slow down. A reminder that you are not alone.

With love,

Ally
