Perdy Post is mailed on the 15th of each month.

United States subscribers typically receive their envelope within 3–10 business days of mailing. International subscribers can expect delivery within 2–6 weeks, depending on their location and local postal service.

When you first subscribe, you'll receive a special Perdy Post Welcome Letter introducing the service and sharing more about the thoughtful intention behind each mailing. If your subscription was gifted, the welcome letter will let you know that a loved one (anonymously) has arranged the subscription on your behalf.

Subscription Timing

• Subscribe on or before the 15th: The welcome letter will be included in that month's mailing.

• Subscribe after the 15th: The first Perdy Post envelope (The Welcome letter) will arrive with the following month's mailing.

Simply log into your account to cancel your subscription, update your mailing address, or change your billing information. You can also email hello@perdyhealingstudios.com, and we'll be happy to help.

To ensure changes can be processed before the next mailing, all cancellations, address updates, and billing changes must be submitted by the 12th of the month. (3 business days before the mailing - on 15th of the month).

Requests received after that time may not take effect until the following month's mailing, as letters are prepared and processed in advance.

Sometimes the mail takes the scenic route.

While most Perdy Post envelopes arrive within 2 weeks of being mailed, occasional delays or missing mail, can happen. If your letter hasn't arrived by the start of the following month (or within 6 weeks for international subscribers), simply send us a note at hello@perdyhealingstudio.com and we'll make it right.

Please take a moment to confirm that your mailing address is correct, as that's often the culprit.

We believe receiving mail should feel comforting, not stressful. If your envelope goes missing, we'll work with you to get another one on its way.

Yes, as long as you fill out the pop-up box that appears before adding your subscription to your cart. If you do not complete the pop-up box, the letter will be sent anonymously.
